This firearm performs very well, and is very accurate. Very happy with it. Also like that it is on the simulator frame as my muzzleloader. There are two drawbacks, but not quite a big deal in my opinion. First, the quick release forend has some play in it side to side and I would like it to be a little bit more firm. Second the shell extractor/retainer seems to be slightly large, or the spring slightly strong as a it gouges into the casing slightly when entering the chamber. Over all this is a good preforming rife, light weight maneuverable. I would definitely recommend it for anyone that is in the market for a beak barrel straight wall cartridge deer rifle.
