Traditions® Outfitter G3 Takedown Rifle is a break-action, single shot cartridge rifle. This centerfire rifle is the perfect choice for whitetail and large game hunting. With a 22" Chromoly steel fluted barrel, the Outfitter G3 Takedown is lightweight, easy to carry, and extremely accurate.

The Outfitter G3 Takedown is also equipped with Traditions® Elite XT™ trigger system. The Elite XT™ trigger system is designed with a rebounding hammer and a manual cross block trigger safety. The Elite XT™ trigger allows the action to be broken open with the cross bolt safety engaged which allows you to load or unload your Outfitter G3 Takedown and view the chamber.

This model is available in 35 Whelen, comes muzzle brake, and comes with a 3-9x40 duplex scope mounted and boresighted by a factory-trained technician. It has a 1:14" rate of twist and also has the patented QD removable forend which removes with the press of a button for easy breakdown. This model also comes with a muzzle brake installed for  felt recoil reduction.
